TM UNIFI Billing INCOMPETENCY DRIVING US NUTS!!!

TM UNIFI is soon going to lose another customer!

Yes! As soon as our term of contract with them expires by March 2015, chances are that I am going to seek another Broadband and HD Internet TV service provider who doesn't raise my Blood Pressure by billing me an ever increasing self imagined outstanding bill amount when we have not missed a single payment for their slipshod services!

IN THE SCREENSHOT ABOVE OF BILLING EMAILS, TM UNIFI SENDS ME, YOU CAN SEE THE INCREASING IMAGINARY AMOUNT THEY SAY WE OWE THEM!

BUT SEE THE SCREENSHOT BELOW OF TM UNIFI THANKING US FOR OUR PAYMENT!!!



If there is one thing that I and every responsible promptly paying customer hates is our nation's monopolizing incompetent service providers continuing screw-ups!

From the bumbling idiots holding their undeserved high office positions in the corridors of abused powers at Putrajaya right down to the moronus ignoramuses claiming to be Malaysia's best when in reality they are the worst ever that unfortunately we are tied up with a binding 2 year service contract agreement!

I am normally very patient and would just grit my teeth and go on with my life attending to my work assignments at hand, hoping that these incompetent fools would miraculously get to be productive and take charge of their slipshod services!

But no! Just about an hour ago, Sharifah, one of their grossly incompetent staff called up to check with me as to the quality of their services!

As the proverbial saying goes, I was like a fully engorged dam of surging emotions ready to burst and she just cracked me up, unleashing a torrent of my pent up grievances which had been building up all these while!

She was just asking for it! Speaking at the same time like that ridiculous phone answering automated machines which eat up our precious telephone credit where we have to dial 1 for this crap ; dial 2 for another dose of their pre recorded bullshit and so on for whatever other swill they have in store for us, their unfortunate long suffering clients!

I countered by asking her why is she talking when I am speaking? I don't understand what they are teaching their customer service staff? How to be boneheads? Unresponsive blinkered dimwits who prefer to listen to their own braying instead of listening to their customers?

I really do not see myself continuing to be a customer for TM UNIFI if they continue to provide such LOUSY INCOMPETENT SERVICES!

TM UNIFI HYPP TV has also been providing CRAPPY SERVICES and often screening repeat programs over and over again as if we are dumb idiots who have no option but to watch whatever stale programs they push down to us!

Many a times we are forced to suffer as their signals to our tv sets suffer a breakdown! No broadcasts! 


NO APOLOGIES! NO COMPENSATING FOR LOSS OF BROADCASTS! 

WE HAVE TO PAY IN FULL FOR OUR MISSING WATCHING ANY SUCH REGURGITATED PROGRAMS! 

Most of their programs are 3 to 5 year old programs bought from the USA!

For all their incompetence, I strongly suggest a re-branding of their lousy crappy services to be HYPE TV

Where you are forced to pay so much for such shoddy broadcasts!

IN FACT I HAVE BLOGGED ABOUT THEIR LOUSY SERVICE BEFORE THISHERE!

I am not the only one complaining about TM Unifi's lousy service. Here is another unhappy Unifi customer!

You Tube is at times much more preferable than these incompetent service providers!
