Day by day, many who have been searching for the Truth of our existence as human beings, eventually find it in Islam. The only revealed faith from Allah, God Almighty.

As human beings, those of us who are lucky to be able to possess the Faculty of Reasoning, do find the many answers to our queries about the Purpose of our Coming into Being, in the Glorious Quran.

We need to seek knowledge and learn about who we are and about our Creator. Watch this video and gain some insight as to why this young Singaporean Chinese lady reverted to Islam, her's and your birthright.

Bilamana Muslim solat berjamaah, kesan dari berdiri, ruku' dan sujud bersama sama didalam satu saf tanpa membezakan di antara satu sama lain, menghadap ke arah Kiblat yang satu, adalah mengeratkan hubungan sesama kita sebagai satu Ummah.

Setelah menyaksikan kesamarataan orang orang Islam sewaktu bersolat sebegitu, ianya begitu mempengaruhi Dr. Zakiya Bomani Moyenda lantas beliau memeluk Ad Deenul Islam dan kini terkenal sebagai seorang pendakwah yang berusaha mengajak masyarakat di Florida, Amerika Syarikat untuk kembali kepada Allahu Ta'ala melalui ceramah ceramah penerangan tentang Islam berlandaskan ilmu pengetahuan sains secara profesional.

Kekadang kita yang Muslim ini mungkin tidak perasan tentang hal hal sebegini didalam menjalani kehidupan seharian kita. Ada mata mata yang memandang dan memperhatikan tingkah laku kita dan menilai akan Ad Deenul Islam melalui perbuatan dan sikap kita.

Ada perkara yang baik dan ada juga yang buruk dilakukan oleh umat Islam di negara ini sama seperti mana manusia manusia lain di muka bumi ini.

Namun kita harus sedar bahawa kita ini mempunyai satu tanggungjawab yang cukup berat untuk menunjukkan kepada dunia akan apakah itu Agama Islam dan bahawasanya orang orang yang bukan Islam menilai Islam itu sendiri melalui tingkah laku dan sikap umat Islam.

Maka haruslah sekelian kita memperbaiki diri dengan mengamalkan apa yang dituntut Ilahi dari diri kita dan mempertingkatkan ilmu pengetahuan agama menurut Al Quran dan Hadis Hadis yang Sahih bagi membantu kita hidup sebagai Muslim dan Mukmin sejati.

Contohi sikap Dr.Zaki Moyenda dan serulah manusia ke jalan Allah Subhanahu Wa Ta'ala dan ikutilah Sunnah Nabi Muhammad Sallallahu Alaihi Wassallam.

I came across this young Tesco Station 18 cashier by the name of Zuhdi Shatir. I sensed that there was something about this good looking young man.

I recalled meeting one of the Cathay Keris era Singaporean film star S.Rosley when he was amongst the Malay Film Golden Era celebrities invited by DBKL to grace the event 'Bintang Lagenda' where I met legendary Screen Actress Zaiton and also Hashimah Yon, Wahid Satay and others.

Zuhdi is working temporarily as a Front Line Cashier at Tesco Station 18, Ipoh, Perak awaiting to furthering his Engineering studies at University Pertahanan Nasional Malaysia later this year.

When I told him that he has a striking resemblance to the late Malay film star S.Rosley and showed him S.Rosley's photo on my smartphone after doing a Google Search on the late actor / singer, he was all smiles. :)

As they say, there are at least 7 individuals who would look like us in this world. This chance encounter would give weight to that claim.

Then she was also in the news for her 'Anti-Jawi' stand!

Now that she is the Minister of Primary Industries after the Opposition Pakatan Harapan [Alliance of Hope] Coalition defeated the Barisan Nasional [BN] in the 14th GE last year, she has come up with an absurd video:

She fails to realize that Eid-ul-Fitri is not a cultural festivity which one can simply partake and add a commercial promotion for the Malaysian Palm Oil industry.

Aidilfitri or Hari Raya Puasa is an Islamic Religious occasion, celebrating the completion of Ramadhan, 30 days of Fasting commanded upon us Muslims by Allah, God Almighty.

It's a shame that Mat Sabu, who is now the Malaysian Defence Minister took part in this absurd recording together with YB Shamsul Akin and YB Rara!

If we are to label these 3 Malay Muslims as 'Jahil' @ Ignorant of the Do's and Don'ts concerning matters involving Islam, these 3 might take offense but their complicity with Teresa Kok and Xavier Jayakumar, two Christians is simply heart breaking in desecrating a religious celebration with something totally out of significance with Islam.

Kita semua teruja dengan tertegaknya Kerajaan Pakatan Harapan yang menjanjikan 'Malaysia Baru' untuk kita semua pada 10hb Mei, 2018!

Permuafakatan parti parti komponen 'Pakatan Rakyat' atau 'Pakatan Harapan' untuk melantik mantan Perdana Menteri Malaysia ke 4 [1981 -2003] Tun Dr.Mahathir Mohamad untuk menerajui Kerajaan Malaysia Baru membuatkan kita semua teruja bahawa Wawasan 2020 yang tergelincir sekian lama sejak PM ke 6, Dato Seri Mohd.Najib Tun Razak yang menyebabkan pentadbiran Malaysia dibawah pemerintahan nya terkenal sebagai negara paling korup dalam dunia akan kembali ke landasan pembangunan sebenar dan menyelamatkan negara kita ini dari hancur musnah seperti beberapa negara lain di dunia ini akibat salah urus ekonomi angkara rasuah tak tersekat dalam segala aspek pentadbiran.

Namun, selepas 14 bulan Kerajaan Pakatan Harapan berkuasa, kita belum lagi melihat segala pemecah amanah pentadbiran Kerajaan Barisan Nasional atau BN dibawah Najib Tun Razak didapati bersalah walau berpuluh puluh tuduhan dikenakan terhadap mereka dimahkamah sehingga hari ini.

Walau hakim sudah bertukar dan Peguam Tommy Thomas [gambar diatas] dilantik sebagai Peguam Negara menggantikan Tan Sri Mohamad Apandi Ali yang mengeluarkan kenyataan rasmi bahawa Najib Tun Razak sesuci embun pagi dari sebarang penyelewengan harta negara akibat kesalahan songlap wang negara berpuluh malah beratus bilion dari dana 1MDB, kita hairan melihat Najib Tun Razak masih bebas kesana kemari dengan pegawai2 keselamatan pengiring dan bebas mengutuk, mengata dan mencerca Kerajaan Malaysia ikut sesuka hatinya!

Tun Dr.Mahathir sering mendabik dada tuanya menyatakan bahawa Malaysia Baru dibawah Perikatan Pakatan Harapan akan mendaulatkan prinsip 'Kedaulatan Undang Undang' @ 'The Rule of Law' bagi menjamin penguatkuasaan Undang Undang negara terhadap mereka yang bersalah, mencuri dan merompak wang milik negara tetapi setakat ini semuanya seperti gendang kosong sahaja!

Para pemimpin2 BN yang dikatakan cukup korup dan pengkhianat negara terus bebas, kesana sini sambil tersenyum dan ketawa berdekah dekah mengalahkan orang awam yang sesuci para malaikat Allah.

Didalam persidangan Parlimen, Speaker-speaker Parlimen bagaikan harimau tak bertaring diperlekehkan dan dicabar ahli ahli Parlimen BN seperti YB Pasir Salak Tajudin Abdul Rahman, YB Arau Shahidan Kassim, YB Kinabatangan Bung Mokhtar Raden, YB Bera Ismail Sabri, YB Rembau Khairy Jamaludin, YB Ketereh Annuar Musa dan lain lain lagi.

Semua Ahli Ahli Parlimen Pakatan Harapan yang berkokok bagaikan Ayam Sabung sebelum PRU ke 14 kini bagaikan 'ayam berak kapor' tak bersemangat dan lesu didalam Dewan Rakyat sedangkan mereka kini adalah pemerintah!

Sekarang ini heboh dengan penularan video seks sejenis yang melibatkan seorang menteri kanan PH iaitu Menteri Ekonomi! Apa kejadahnya ini?

Anwar Ibrahim yang kini kembali bergelar Ahli Parlimen selepas menang di Parlimen Port Dickson sibuk dok suruh si Azmin Ali yang dituduh sebagai salah seorang dari pasangan homoseksual didalam video maksiat sejenis itu ternyata sedang mengambil kesempatan menjatuhkan kredibiliti Azmin Ali yang dikatakan sebagai salah seorang calon menggantikan Tun Dr.Mahathir sebagai PM yang ke8!

Lokman Adam Ejen Provokateur?

Dengan adu domba yang sedang rancak dilakukan oleh ejen ejen provokateur BN seperti Lokman Adam dan lain lain, nampaknya Wawasan 2020 impian Tun Dr.Mahathir akan terus tenggelam didalam kawah lumpur politik semasa angkara perang saraf yang sedang tercetus dikalangan para pemimpin tertinggi Parti Keadilan Rakyat yang merupakan parti komponen terbesar didalam Perikatan Pakatan Harapan yang semakin bercelaru sesama mereka.

Apakah Pakatan Harapan ini akan tertiarap seperti UMNO dan Barisan Nasional didalam masa terdekat ini? Apakah kita akan kembali diperintah para penyamun dan kaki songlap seperti sebelum ini?

Andai Tun Dr.Mahathir kan pejam mata pergi menghadap Ilahi esok hari, siapakah dia yang akan dipilih sebagai pengganti beliau?

Naik pening kepala memikirkannya.

Kellie's Castle at Batu Gajah, Perak. Mahaguru58's Travelogue.Part One.

This has been on our travel wish list for quite some time. Now that we are living in Ipoh, we finally decided to visit Kellie's Castle at Batu Gajah, which is about 22.5 kilometres away.

Taking advantage of the public holiday in conjunction with the Installation Ceremony of our 16th Malaysian Supreme King, HRH Al Sultan Abdullah Ri'ayatuddin Al-Mustafa Billah Shah ibni Almarhum Sultan Haji Ahmad Shah of the Sultanate of Pahang Darul Makmur, we decided to travel early on the morning of Monday, the 29th of July using Google Maps GPS navigation.

We stopped over at a kampong food stall @ Warong Pak Imam at Pinji for our breakfast.

After our breakfast, we continued on our journey, travelling for the first time through the rural trunk road and had to be very alert and keep our attention on the traffic as there were many large heavy trucks and heavy earth and other construction lorries coming to and fro as well.

We finally reached the old town of Batu Gajah and marvelled at the many remaining Straits era shophouses still there. One of these days, we should go photoshoot them as well.

Google Maps GPS navigation was really superb and we reached Kellie's Castle safely. We drove in and parked under the shade as a visitor's car drove out.

An Indian parking attendant came and collected RM2 as the parking fee. He volunteered to take our photo and I handed over my smartphone camera to him.

This was also the first time I wore my hat which was from Sabah gifted to me by my wife from her working trip there a few years back.

We then proceeded to the tourist centre building where there was a small cafe, souvenir stall, a commemorative visit to Kellie's Castle photo stall and the Kellie's Castle entrance ticketing office.

I set up my camera tripod stand and took several photos of us with Kellie's Castle in the background.

This photo of us is made possible by my graphic design creativity skills. The guy who took it failed to adjust the lens manually to get a crisp, sharp image of us but it's better than not to have a photo at all.

One of these guys took the photo of us standing before a green screen but his lack of photography skills robbed us of a sharper photograph. Should have just set up my tripod and switched on the self-timer to take our shot.

This is the tent under which the green screen is located. They charge RM55 for a souvenir photograph which is inserted into a Kellie's Castle folder with a write up of its history.

This leads to the toilets and at the end is the small cafe attending to the needs of the tourists and visitors to Kellie's Castle.

I plan to do so one of these days because as we drove through the city of Batu Gajah, I noticed many old shophouses from the Straits Era still present. It would be a good area to go on a photo shoot. Would need to go on a walkabout around the old city.

I was amused to see this framed mesh where deeply in love couples can hang up their 'love lock' symbolizing their commitment to each other. Haven't they heard of a locksmith, an angle grinder or the reliable bolt cutter? :P

This is a depiction of how Kellie's Castle would look if it had been completed? It surely would have been a grand landmark of Batu Gajah, Ipoh. Maybe, the City Council of Batu Gajah might have chosen to move in but then, they would have lost a major tourist attraction site, which is bringing in much needed revenue and drawing tourists from all over the world to visit the place.

Kellie's Castle Discovery Channel Documentary Part 3/3

When one is visiting a historical place like Kellie's Castle, it would be a great help if one does some research on it's history beforehand to know the significance of the place and at least have some true knowledge of what actually took place there.

I for one, had only learned about it from bits of news reports here and there but knew that it was a significant landmark in the Batu Gajah area, once owned by a wealthy planter from England.

After having visited Kellie's Castle recently, I could now relate to its history in a much more clearer manner and realized how lucky we were to actually step onto the grounds there today.

Imagine, if the castle had been completed and still being inhabited by William Kellie Smith's heirs? Would we, common folks even get to enter and roam the castle as we please?

No chance at all. Unless you are a wealthy millionaire or someone holding important positions in the government like a District Officer, Minister or be a Royalty, there would be a slim chance of the average Ahmad, Ah Seng or Samy ever treading those grounds.

From what I came to learn, the entrance to the building shown here is actually the back entrance. The main entrance to Kellie's Castle and Kellas House is from the other side of the area.

Reason being, the current bridge is not meant to be able to be driven over by vehicles. It seems to be a pedestrian bridge. So, the main entrance would have to be fronting Kellas House.

At the moment, this is the main access bridge connecting us to Kellie's Castle from the entrance to the tourist attraction from the main road.

Only after you have bought the entry tickets, will you be allowed to step onto and cross the pedestrian bridge to the grounds of Kellie's Castle. I have yet to explore the other entrance to the place.

Saya berkesempatan bertemu muka dengan Seniwati Zaiton di Malam Lagenda Bintang Klasik anjuran DBKL beberapa tahun lalu.

MRSM Sultan Azlan Shah, Kuala Kangsar ~ Malam Graduasi 2019

Baru baru ini, pada hari Sabtu, 12hb Oktober, 2019, saya menghantar isteri saya, Pengarah Kolej Poly Tech MARA Ipoh ke Maktab Rendah Sains MARA Sultan Azlan Shah yang terletak di KM 13, Jalan Kuala Kangsar-Gerik, Liman Kati, 33020 Kuala Kangsar, Perak di mana beliau di jemput sebagai salah seorang tetamu kehormat ke Majlis Graduasi 2019 MRSM tersebut.

Majlis Graduasi tersebut di jadualkan bermula pada jam 8 malam. Kami selamat sampai ke MRSM Sultan Azlan Shah, Kuala Kangsar tepat pada masuk waktu Solat Maghrib.

Setelah memperkenalkan diri sebagai tetamu jemputan khas, kami di tunjukkan arah ke Surau MRSM tersebut oleh petugas keselamatan.

Saya perhatikan bahawa dewan solat Surau MRSM Kuala Kangsar itu penuh dengan para jamaah yang terdiri dari pelajar pelajar, pensyarah pensyarah, kakitangan serta ibubapa yang hadir untuk meraikan kejayaan anak anak mereka yang akan bergraduat pada malam itu.

Saya memilih untuk menunggu acara majlis graduasi itu selesai dengan duduk didalam kereta kami sambil menonton ceramah2 agama Mufti Perlis Sahibus Samahah Dr.MAZA melalui YouTube menggunakan telefon pintar saya buat seketika.

Selepas menonton beberapa video tersebut, saya mematikan enjin kenderaan dan keluar dari kereta. Saya melihat sekumpulan para pelajar lelaki sedang berkumpul di jalan dan pergi berkenalan dengan mereka.

Saya sempat berkongsi pelbagai perkara dengan mereka sambil menjawab beberapa soalan dari mereka berkaitan soal soal agama dan kehidupan. Ternyata mereka budak budak pintar dan bakal menjadi pelapis kepada pucuk pimpinan negara akan datang, Insya Allah.

Yesterday, I attended my wife's workplace, KPTM IPOH, 2019 Staff Day at the Sahom Valley Agro Resort & Eco Park, located at the foothills of Kampar, Perak.

We reached there using the guidance provided by Google Maps Satellite powered GPS app which I have installed in my Huawei Y9 Smartphone.

Absolutely reliable and dependable. Thank you Google Maps!

The Sahom Valley Agro Resort & Eco Park is located within a 50 acre former Oil Palm estate near the foothills of Kampar, Perak about 38 kilometres away from our temporal home, here in Ipoh, Perak.

This is a fast flowing river located within the resort area. Photo shows a number of KPTM Ipoh staff members and their families bathing in the river.

I did not join because my post surgery wound has still not fully healed and I did not want to risk getting any infection from such an outing. Still having my wound dressing changed twice daily.

The long sleeved horse rider's shirt which I am wearing was a gift for me from Mr.Terry Teo, the founder and owner of Denai Alam Recreation & Riding Club, when I went to cover a paid article report about his riding stable at No 1, Jalan Elektron U16/100, Seksyen 16, Denai Alam, Denai Alam, 40160, Selangor before.

I always love to take photos of these waterproof leaves of the Yam @ Keladi plants after rain for the droplets of rain water would be glistening when hit by sun rays. A pleasurable sight to behold, indeed.

This untarred earthen road leads to the Sahom Valley Agro Resort & Eco Park. It is right smack in the middle of an oil palm estate.

My wife took this photo of me when we were in our designated bamboo chalet in the resort.

The walls and flooring was entirely constructed of bamboo. Was a bit apprehensive standing on the bamboo flooring because I still carry a considerable weight and I was afraid of the flooring giving way! Aargh! :P

I think, the flooring should be constructed out of timber planks for safety reasons. They had fixed the bamboo slivers using nails which could pose a danger to heavy occupants like me. Fortunately I was wearing thick socks which were a great help in avoiding any injury to my feet.

A view of the bamboo chalets at Sahom Valley Agro Resort & Eco Park. A temporary day trip stay would be alright in such chalets but for senior citizens like me, it would not be that comfortable for I have my needs such as air conditioning which is not available in such chalets.

They only have a wall mounted fan and lights plus electrical 3 pin sockets though and a private open ceiling bathroom with seated toilet and a cold water shower plus a sink with piped water.

Overall, the place was okay especially for holding events such as yesterday's KPTM IPOH Staff Day and maybe team building courses for government departments and private business corporation and companies.

Not bad for a weekend adventure.

Alhamdulillah, I have found the video above in my old laptop which I was going through after my recent laptop @ Lenovo Ideapad stopped working.

This is another precious video from my Hajj when we, who were members of the 2011 Tabung Haji Media Team came across two Malaysian elderly female pilgrims who had lost their way after performing their stoning rituals and didn't know the way back to their encampments at Mina.

Glad to be able to finally share with you, these precious moments.

There are lots more photos and yet to be published content from my Hajj back in 2011. 8 years ago.

Hope to be able to share more with you in the coming articles and update them all in my dedicated blog towards my Hajj here.

I received this letter of appreciationfrom the President of Pakistan's Think Tank, Allahyarham Professor Sultan A.Q.Khan (photo below) nine years ago via email.

As Syaheed Professor Sultan Abdul Qadir Khan

I just learned of his passing and details of his murder from a Facebook page dedicated to him. I feel sad to learn that the learned Professor was brutally beaten to death by the Police in Pakistan just because of a bounced cheque.

News of his death is reported in the video below:

The late Professor Sultan Abdul Qadir Khan had emailed me his organisation's appreciation for the efforts that I had been doing by sharing well researched reports and opinions of mine through my blog here.

I believe that this article of mine ~ The Significance of the Attahiyat in the Solat is the content which Allahyarham Professor Sultan Abdul Qadir Khan was referring to.

I am full of remorse for having not responded earlier to his request for my help in locating the grave of Almarhum King Najashi @ King Negus of Ethiopia who had given shelter and protection to the early Mukmins who sought refuge in his Kingdom when they migrated from Makkah al Mukarramah, Arabia fleeing persecution from the vicious Qurayshi infidels who were out to either force the refugees to return to Makkah or eliminate them altogether for believing in Allah Subhanahu Wa Ta'ala and becoming the followers of Prophet Muhammad Sallallahu Alaihi Wassallam.

Albeit that As Syahid Professor Sultan Abdul Qadir Khan is now in the Mercy of Allah Azza Wa Jall and alive no more, I hereby furnish a videoshowing the Maqam of Almarhum King Najashi, the pious Christian King of Ethiopia, who became a Mukmin and helped the Muslim refugees fleeing certain death and persecution from the Makkan Qurayshis'.

As I mentioned in my Kellie's Castle Travelogue articles before this, I had taken lots of photos of the sights and scenes of this famous historical landmark of Batu Gajah, Perak.

Being a passionate and avid digital photographer, one has to seize the opportunity to click away at anything and anyone interesting and worth photographing.

As someone who has no qualms about striking up a decent conversation and quick to make friends with total strangers, I had a field day making new acquaintances during our visit to Kellie's Castle.

Here are some photos of my impromptu photo-shoot models who posed willingly for dear old me when I asked them if I could capture their images for my blog's travelogue photo album.

I forgot to get these beautiful young ladies contact numbers or emails for me to forward to them these photos of themselves in the midst of my being busily photographing the various angles and perspectives of the place.

What a shame! Nevertheless, if any of you dear readers recognize any one of these lovely impromptu models, please share with them the url address of this blog post and send them my sincere regards and well wishes.

I pray that each and everyone of them is well and doing fine in life. They were a joy to be with and very courteous and really quite charming and decent. I believe that one of them is into business, another said that she was into geoscience and the last one said she was working as an engineer.

Memang sah bahawa pendirian parti politik PAS @ Parti Islam seMalaysia yang berslogankan 'Membangun Bersama Islam' cuma retorik politik duniawi semata mata!

Mana tidaknya?

Demi ingin mendapatkan kuasa politik duniawi di Malaysia ini, pendirian rasmi parti politik bertemakan 'Islam' ini sering berubah ubah menurut peredaran masa.

Pepatah Melayu ada menyebut 'Sekali air bah ; sekali pasir berubah!'. Membawa maksud bahawa bilamana sahaja pucuk pimpinan sesebuah kerajaan bertukar, maka kehidupan atau kelaziman masyarakat bawahan turut berubah.

Di dalam 'perjuangan' parti PAS yang dulunya sering berkokok ingin mendaulatkan Syariah Allah di bumi Tanah Melayu dan Persekutuan Malaysia ini, kini sudah jauh berubah dengan sanggup menyokong calon pilihanraya P165-PRK Tanjong Piai yang tetap tegas menentang pelaksanaan Syariah Allah yang kononnya di perjuangkan PAS dari dulu sampai sekarang!

Kini para pemimpin PAS yang pada hemat saya sanggup berbuat apa saja asalkan mereka boleh merasai sedikit kekuasaan politik di dunia ini tanpa segan dan silu boleh menyatakan bahawa parti PAS akan tetap menyokong calon BN di dalam pilihanraya kecil P165 demi muafakat politik mereka dengan UMNO baru baru ini.

Perkara Wee Jeck Seng menentang Syariah Allah sampai sekarang ini tidak diambilkira oleh Parti 'Islam' seMalaysia kerana terbukti bahawa mereka mengamalkan prinsip Machiavelli iaitu 'matlamat menghalalkan cara'.

Diabetes Mellitus Type 2 -Tips to get 5.0 Blood Sugar Level

Almost every 5th person here in Malaysia turns out to be suffering from Diabetes Mellitus and usually, they suffer from Diabetes Type 2.

I found out about my condition way back in 2007 when I had my blood randomly tested at a herbal treatment centre. The reading was a shocking 26!

The herbal treatment clinic nurse was shocked and said that with such a high reading, I should be warded and treated in a hospital. I then understood why I was constantly thirsty back then?

I first started taking herbal medications at the Phang Oo Lang Herbal Treatment Centre at Kepala Batas and for a while, got some relief and managed to lower my blood sugar level.

But I have to admit, I wasn't controlling my diet and just ate normal foods and drank sugary drinks. When there was no apparent change in my blood sugar level tests , I decided to go to my local government clinic for a health examination and the medical staff there confirmed my condition to be suffering from a chronic severe case of Diabetes Mellitus Type 2 and a borderline hypertension.

I was then prescribed the relevant medications and when the oral tablets didn't seem to work, was prescribed insulin. I didn't bother about changing my dietary habits and still stubbornly consumed food and drinks which contained sugar.

I suffered a severe case of Carbuncle recently which forced me to go to admit myself at HKL and had a surgery performed to remove the spreading carbuncle. I had no choice but to go on a totally sugar free diet.

I stopped drinking all types of canned drinks and opted to drink lots of boiled water. As a coffee drinker, I still had to have my coffee fix but I chose to drink just the Tesco Gold Coffee and Creamer.

I stopped eating all types of preserved fruits and instead, chose to eat the Pink Lady Apples from New Zealand and Oranges.

I stopped eating Nasi Lemak, Bihun Goreng, Kuih, etcetera and have been eating pure 100% Whole Grain Whole Meal Bread from Gardenia. My preferred brand and it's Canadian Purple Wheat Whole Meal Bread.

My blood sugar level dropped like never before. To the extent that I even had a 2.5 blood sugar reading which alarmed the staff nurses at HKL when I was admitted for the surgery.

I was forced by the nurse to consume some fruits to raise my blood sugar level to be at least 5 and above.

My late brother in law, Arwah Mohd Basir Hamzah, once bragged to me, ' Nal, 4.0!' smugly telling me how he controlled his blood sugar level.

Mine was ranging from 12 to 16 at that time.

Even he would be shocked and alarmed at the reading shown above. At such a low level reading, one would usually be going into a coma but Thank God, I was still coherent.

After consuming an apple and orange, my blood sugar level normalized to read

When I missed taking my before going to bed, insulin injections, my blood sugar levels would show 8 or 9 above in the before breakfast blood sugar tests.

So, to those who are suffering from Diabetes Type 2 or those who pretend not to be a Diabetic, my advice is to stop drinking all sugared drinks altogether and drink lots of water. Be it mineral water or boiled water.

No more sugary snacks. Don't go crazy and stuff yourself silly with all those sweet stuff and go easy on the rice.

Change to consuming pure wholemeal bread and if you can, bake your own bread as I did.

I had breakfast with my own baked wholemeal bread prepared by my wife.

If you can't bake your own wholemeal bread, I suggest that you go and buy Gardenia's Canadian Purple Wheat Whole Grain Bread:

Stop drinking sugary drinks, consume Whole Meal Bread. Stop snacking on unhealthy food. Eat apples and oranges. Reduce your rice intake.

You can get 5.0 blood sugar level readings and even below as I am. Insya Allah.

Baru baru ini tersebar luas rakaman video menunjukkan murid murid Sekolah Jenis Kebangsaan Cina yang menyanyikan Lagu Kebangsaan Negara Ku dalam Bahasa Mandarin!

Bilamana saya siarkan video tersebut didalam akaun Facebook saya dan menzahirkan perasaan menyampah dan geram saya terhadap perbuatan teramat biadap dan penderhakaan terhadap martabat negara kita yang berasaskan Persekutuan Negeri2 Tanah Melayu itu, ada pula yang membalas dengan komen kurang cerdik:

Agak malang bagi segelintir rakyat warganegara ini yang masih keliru dan tidak dapat membezakan di antara hak rakyat marhaen untuk menolak mana mana para pemimpin Melayu yang terbukti korup, rasuah, pecah amanah dan pengkhianat negara di dalam PRU ke 14 yang lepas dan memilih kepimpinan alternatif di bawah pentadbiran mantan Perdana Menteri Malaysia yang ke 4 dahulu, YAB Tun Dr.Mahathir bin Mohamad yang kini menerajui Kerajaan Persekutuan Malaysia di bawah Pakatan Harapan yang terdiri daripada PPBM, PKR, AMANAH dan DAP serta WARISAN.

Jika ada perkara perkara melampaui batas seperti yang sedang di lakukan puak puak cauvinis Cina dan India sejak kebelakangan ini, ianya tidak bermakna bahawa orang orang seperti saya yang mengundi PH di dalam PRU ke 14 setuju dengan perbuatan perbuatan mereka.

Jauh panggang dari api. Saya tetap menyokong ketuanan Melayu di dalam Malaysia tetapi saya mahukan kepimpinan Melayu2 yang berintegriti, jujur dan bersih serta memegang amanah terhadap negara ini.

Bukannya menyokong membuta tuli terhadap mana mana pemimpin Melayu yang haprak dan tak boleh di harap, rakus mentekedarah duit kerajaan dan berlagak seolah diri mereka itu maksum.

Saya menyokong Tun Dr. Mahathir Mohamad untuk menyelamatkan Malaysia dari tergadai ke tangan Negara Komunis China.

Saya tidak setuju dengan cadangan untuk Anwar Ibrahim yang terbukti kaki temberang dan tidak pernah menunaikan janji janjinya terhadap rakyat untuk naik menggantikan Tun Dr. Mahathir Mohamad sebagai PM ke 8!

Itu perbuatan khianat terhadap harapan para pengundi PH seperti saya yang menyokong PH semata mata kerana Tun Dr. Mahathir yang di persetujui untuk di lantik sebagai PM ke 7 andai gabungan Pakatan Harapan berjaya memenangi PRU ke 14 dan membentuk Kerajaan Persekutuan Malaysia.

Orang orang Melayu harus bijak dan tahu membezakan di antara yang hak dengan yang batil. Jangan semberono menyokong segala penyamun dan penyangak semata mata kerana ianya berbangsa Melayu.

Masih ramai lagi Melayu lain yang boleh kita angkat sebagai ketua kerajaan dan yang sadar diri, tidak rakus mengkhianati negara demi mengisi tembolok masing masing.
